The Tavern is stocked with a selection of Australia's most popular Ales for your enjoyment with your meals. They are available on tap or in handy take-away packs.

True to our tradition of serving "Colonial Wines" the Tavern stocks a selection of fine local wines including many varietals from our local boutique wineries here in the Wollombi Valley. These include the popular Shiraz and Semillon from Undercliff Winery, Chardonnay and Chambourcin from Stonehurst Wines at Cedar Creek and wines from our own vineyard - Yango Creek Wines.
